In Assassin's Creed: Valhalla many NPCs are treated quite casually. Even much of the RabenClan relatives remain largely alien to us. In this column, I would like to respond to five exciting women who will be spiced too little in the game.
Attention! This column contains light spoilers with individual characters from Assassin's Creed: Valhalla.
5 . Svanhild
Svanhild is described in the quest series around the Naïve Hunwald as an impetuous northern woman, before we have to face them. In direct comparison to your life partner Hunwald, Svanhild likes to be relatively wild, which is no surprise in the face of Hunwald's Naivem Character. Basically, the first significant Wikinger in ACV, which has no model dimensions, makes a rather set, loving and quiet impression.
Unfortunately, your character sheet is limited to the relationship with Hunwald and even here is not really explained how they have come about. Even if the couple gets in the Rabendorf, Svanhild remains pale and is overshadowed by Hunwald, but I find them much more exciting than him.
4 . Soma & Birna
I deliberately set Birna and Soma here, because the two belong together for me, though their relationship to each other is complicated.
Birna has long been facing the Sons Ragnar in Engaland and acts as a smugglers. She has learned to endure sorry and to see the positive in every way so farful situations. We find Birna for the first time loudly in captivity. She does not look at why she should face her with her tormenters and relyer beats as to hold his mouth.
There is a trouble and distress to free the fighter from the abusive situation without prejudice. In such an impetuous personality like Birna's, it does not surprise that these as a child wanted to play Freya and asked the cats of their mother's bridle to let them pull themselves like goddess Freya.
When Soma and Birna meet for the first time, the governor's Grantabycgs Birnas recognizes unused potential and takes it into her clan. Both have a heartfelt affection for each other and long time Birna does not give anyone to anyone except Soma. It comes as it had to come: Birna falls in love with the leader, but this does not seem to reciprocate the feelings in the same form.
Unable to find the positive feelings unused in Somas, Birna wants to leave the clan for a long time. From loyalty soma opposite and believe that her mistress she would need, but she remains before egg is offered to join the raven clan. Just too, I got Birna on my dragon boat and in my settlement, although I still find a pity that Soma is nothing from her and egg in the custodian ally.
With Birna and Soma, it did not work, but I was all the more grateful to continue to know Soma as a strong alloy egg. She is a magnificent manager who, despite its high degree of professionalism, does not shy away from show emotions. How either you want to cite your clan not only, but every single member really knows. They, who even sprung the people of the Sámi, estimates diversity under their fellow human beings and always appreciate other opinions. If it comes to discrepancies or fraud, soma takes this hard. 3 . Rima
Hardly anyone will still know who Rima is, if not directly their entertaining task in the village "representation for blacksmith Gunnar" is pledged - which is a pity, in view of their important importance in Hræfnathorp. The blacksmithing trade does not play an insignificant role in the Rabendorf. Gunnar is probably one of the villagers, to whom a most contact us. Therefore, it is immediately noticeable that one day he has disappeared and instead Rima stands at the counter of the blacksmith.
Who she is and in which relationship she stands to Gunnar, we do not know. She must be special, because otherwise our blacksmith would not have entrusted her with his representation. But nothing, no code entry, no other mention or further discussions.
After Gunnar is back in the village, somebirds can only find a few rows of Rima at Gunnar, which also provide little information. Next, we see Rima at the wedding of the blacksmith without being able to address them and that's it then. One anding, as I find, especially in consideration of the fact that there is very few people of color (POC) very few people. That then, one of the few persons to which this is true and yet with such an important function in the village, so little consideration is given, is really a pity.
2 . Ciara
Oh, I love Ciara! For me, the redhead from the DLC "Wrath of the Druids" with their bright eyes and the curvy figure not only look beautiful and aesthetic. I also like their passion and that she has a past that gives her character a convincing and dramatic depth. The singing, fighting Bardin, which is still Druidin, seems to be able to do everything without taking a lot of picking up.
This effect seems to exercise others in the game. So she is one of the few who can influence the high-king Flann Sinna. This seems to be in love with both ears into the poet, but accepts that his desire is going into the emptiness.
Flann Sinna is important to keep Ciara as a muse and adviser in its proximity and does not attempt to win Ciara for himself despite its high position.
It would probably not bring anything, because what I like best about Ciara: It can not be owned. Nobody, not of your king or egg. Nevertheless, she is open and confident with her sexual desire. Here is no room for Slutshaming. Ciaras self-perception feels natural and of course. Despite her past, I do not want to spoil here, she lives in here and now. I love Ciara to be too easy for your kind.
1. Sunniva
Yes, Sunniva. She had already mentioned my column to suboptimal settlement design, because it really wurts me that this alleged childhood friend finds so little attention in the game. Attentive players could noticed the young Vikinger from the RabenClan already in the village.
However, I realized them only in the SnotingahamScir quest series and was somewhat perplexed, as the game could simply present this seemingly unknown as a good friend of daycas.
During the quests that turn around the Jarlottum, Sunniva encounters us again and again in short sequences. The more often these intermeaszzi took place, the more it annoyed me that I was so little about this, I was allowed to experience sympathetic woman.
During the quests in which they have their short appearances, I have always been waiting for me that as a player finally, at least a small side quest will be offered, which breaks up what it has with Sunniva and how exactly theirs and egg bond from daycas looks like. Instead, the quest series closes without having become smarter from Sunniva. In the Rabendorf we can observe you with the generic NPC tasks, but not respond. A real shame.
More women that come too short in Valhalla
- Brigit: Gunnars wife, which is a true mystery because they seem to be able to understand no one except the blacksmith.
- Ljufvina: Another voice from egg involved in the main skiing series "The City of Gier" in Eoforwic.
- Svala and her daughter Valka: The seesters of the raven clan, which are reduced to their roles in eggs.
- Randvi: About She is hardly learning more than that she married Sigurd to ensure the peace of the two tribes. Even in a romance with her there is hardly any further information for the players.
- Egg Mother Rosta: Sure, she is dead, but that's a father Varin, who is still much more frequent in flashback.
- Eydis: Here I first had to investigate how the name of the gray-haired Wikinger is in front of the war camp in Hræfnathorp at all. The aged Wikinger seems to be respected and viewed. Her story would have been a burning to me.
