Embracer Group: Starts eight more acquisitions, including 3D Realms, Force Field and Ghost Ship Games
The EMBRACER Group has started a great shopping tour again: The eight current studio acquisitions include according to Gematsu.com 3D Realms, Crazylabs, Digixart, Easy Trigger, Force Field, Ghost Ship Games, Grimfrost and Slipgate Ironworks. Thus, the subsidiary acquired Coffee Stain Studios 100% of the shares of Easy Trigger. According to the press release of the Embracer Group, the developer will continue to work on his brand Huntdown, but also creates new indie titles. In the case of Ghost Ship Games, only the last 70% of the shares were missing, which are now also in the hands of the Coffee Stain Studios. Again, a collaboration with the "coffee stains" is planned. 100 percent of Slipgate Ironworks go to the embracer daughter Saber Interactive.
