This is something that needs serious consideration and is the subject of much debate across the internet and Twitter etc. The first thing you need to consider is: which set-up are you going to go with? The main choices you have are:
- Buy and invest all your FIFA 20 coins in 11 strongest starting players and fill your bench slots with bronze/weaker players;
- Buy 22 players from the same league making sure you cover positions so you can rotate;
- Buy 2 x 11 players from different leagues and rotate every game;
- Buy 20 players from the same league to cover each position and 3 x super subs.
There are other options you can go with but these are the ones we suggest.
We usually go with either 22 players from the same league OR the bottom option where you can incorporate some of your other favorite players from other leagues. For example, this year we had 20 BPL players that we rotated (so we keep as close to 99 for fitness for each game) and then we did the Lacazette SBC as well as the Suarez SBC and had Dybala.
TOP TIP – We try to acquire a bank of super subs and reserve players so that if AND when inevitably you pick up injuries you'll still have impact players or won't have to spend your well-earned coins on healing cards.
Key attributes of players are something that you'll need to bear in mind when picking players if you're wanting to compete for top rewards so please see this section of the guide for more information.
